Other things to note

For newer people to short-term rental, please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the home with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

There is direct creek access. The bank is steep, but there are 5' dock ladders that make the access easy. The water level varies depending on the season. April through December are typically accessible.  January through March are the rainy season which causes creeks and rivers everywhere in the area to rise, making swimming and standing less likely. Entering the creek is at guest discretion.

There is only one cabin neighbor to the East. There are no properties across the creek and North. There is one cabin, more than a 1/8 mile to the West. So, you are going to have your privacy!

Guests are allowed to fish in the creek. Please stay within property boundaries as it is also private property surrounding the cabin.
